 How long does it take to receive my personalized products?

If your books are in stock your order will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment has been received. The books are shipped media mail which can take up to 7-14 days.  First Class Mail (4-6 days).  Priority Mail (3-4 business days) Or Express (1-2 business days). Allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing when determining the actual ship date. These ship times are estimates. We cannot guarantee the speed of US mail. Remember shipping and processing times may be longer during the busy holiday seasons. Music CDs and DVDs will ship within 1-2 days after payment has been received and photo and name have been verified. If there are any questions on quality or size of photo, or pronunciation of name, we will contact you immediately for clarification so your order can be processed without lengthy delays

Do you offer Free Shipping?

During checkout, the shipping costs will be displayed. Free shipping on Orders over $50.00 ship FREE (within Continental USA) will be calcuated and offered at Checkout.

What can I expect with Shipping and Handling 

Shipping and handling charges vary from product to product. Exact pricing for shipping costs will either be displayed directly on the product page or will be calculated by our website during checkout. Simply click on the "Calculate Shipping" while on the Shopping Cart page to know your exact shipping costs.

We will in every case, make our best efforts to deliver your product in the time frame chosen by you during checkout but we have no control, nor can we accept responsibility for any delays which may be caused by the shipping courier.

2-4 days (upto 3 books ($6.95 per order)
4-8 books ($12.95 per order)
9-15 books (16.95 per order)

Media Shipping:  US Only
10-14 days delivery ($5.95 per order)

First Class Shipping:  US Only
4-7 days delivery (1-2 books $5.95 per order)

Rush Shipping:  US Only
5-7 days delivery ($10.99 per order)

Express Shipping:  US Only
3-5 days delivery ($25.95 per order)

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We will accept returns or refunds in the case of manufacturing defect only. If you believe your product has not arrived in full working order, please contact us for assistance. If it is determined that the malfunction was caused during our production of the item, we will either replace your product or offer you a refund.

The stars' photo will appear in the product exactly as it appears when you submit it.

We cannot enhance or improve your photo and we accept no responsibility for poor photographic quality as it relates to the product.

We accept no responsibility for any damage which may be caused by the shipping courier, so it is suggested that you add insurance to your order for your protection.
