New to Hosting An Au Pair
Dear Cynthia,
When I called Rainbow Au Pairs I had never had an au pair before and didn't know where to start or what to expect.
I am writing to thank you for all your help finding Nicoleta. Particularly when it came to the details: helping me to ask the right questions when I spoke to her on the telephone; write down what I expected her duties to be; sorting out the offer for her to become our au pair and enrolling her in to a suitable College. All these things I thought were going to be very daunting tasks but became very easy with your help.
Nicoleta is now settled in our home and has become part of our lives. With your help I have been able to make her duties clear, which has meant that we both know what we can expect from each other. She is a lovely girl, friendly, chatty and helps even when it is above her duties. The children adore her and she spends a great deal of time with them - playing, reading and even helps them with their school work. This is as well as their day to day care, which I did not expect.
Your help to settle her by introducing her to others in the area I think too will help her become a happy member of our family by giving her the opportunity to have her own life away from home.
